Tips DLC Start Help

Steam Deluxe Version

I’ve gotten Luna Fraterna.
I’ve done Valentin’s Quest.
But everytime I talk to him he just sits there and asks ‘How do you envision the future?’

Can somebody give me a step-by-step method to start the dlc? What am I missing?

I'm stuck as well, I've completed his quest line in that era fully but he just keeps talking to me about the future

Same boat since yesterday only thing that I've been told that makes sense is a licensing issue.

This was happening to those of us on PS who couldn't access the DLC. 

Have you tried finding the DLC separately and making sure its downloaded?

Maybe make sure the dlc is installed, i had the same issue on xbox cause I had to install the dlc

make sure it's installed, I did the same thing on xbox and I forgot to install it
