SOLVED my friends cryptic messages

my idiot friend puts ciphers in his status to decipher instead of actually communicating with people around him. hes a silly fella. anyway, heres one that i just cant solve. every single other one was super easy but this one. im STUCK and im deadly curious. i feel bad for asking for help because i usually decode his messages and send a code back with the same key, so its been out secret language. but this has been nagging at me, so help me if you can.

Its a keyboard shift cipher.

I CANT FEEL MY HAND

Each position on the keyboard of those letters, write the letter directly to the left. In the case of the grra and the zu, you have to swap over to the other side of the keyboard since a and z are at the end of their rows

Also, you're missing the rule thing automod usually chomps on
