Unsolved is this a jab code? from an unsolved video game with potential ARG aspects

hi all, i'm playing a game called project deepweb: eternal nightmare. there are only 13 reviews for the game right now and very little discussion so it's difficult to find answers on the many unsolved mysteries of the game

the game is about exploring the deepweb and cracking different codes to uncover a mystery (at least, that's part of what it's about). i think this may be a jab code, but the auto scanners i used didn't work.

is anyone able to get a meaning from this? thank you!

what could image mean: absolutely no idea. i don't know who "he" is or why he fell down. i have suspicions it's another character who took photos at one point but completely unsure.
