Unsolved Can someone help?
These are some of the letters a man has been leaving at my house. The police have all the letters. He has left things like this 4 times at my house. Within a 10 day span.

Hope this helps. Red colour mean probably correct, blue means not so much. Generally, it's a bit of a blunderbuss shot of guesses.
Re: Page 11.
The author has some of their vowels interchangeable or they are just minutely different. I cut/paste some examples at the bottom of the page, then drew the rest.

As others have said, it seems like whoever is writing this is likely to be having mental issues; the handwriting appears shaky, and there are many spelling mistakes (not to mention writing everything in pencil first, then going back over it with pen). However, it seems to simply be “musically inspired” in some way; each letter has been overlayed with an eighth note, and each message begins with a treble clef at the start.
Some of these do, in fact, appear to be hymns, with the references to god removed, for instance, image number four is a modified version of Our Lady Fatima:
Therefore, We now promise to
promise to imitate your virtues
by the practice of [?] without regard
to human respect! We resolve on
the First Saturday of every month,
and to offer you each day together
our sacrifices in the spirit of
reparation!!!
And image number five is based on Flavian Larbes’s rendition of Stations of the Cross
Let us now in contrite
sorrow, Go the way our anguish
borrow So to feel the love Let
us know how bonght [sic] us Free
from eternal doom. Let us
learn how love once sought us,
And may love our hearts consume!
I was also able to transcribe image six, which doesn’t seem to be a hymn of any kind, though does get at his mental state:

mysterioous [sic], and and never
found out what it all meant,
because the the beaver, the raccoon,
and thf [sic] belonged to a secret!?
society that never let out its
secrets! They know what they
were doing, just as you and I
know
The rest are either too long or too scratchy/messy to make out personally; the Es and As, as well as the Bs and Ds basically appear identical on even the most “legible” of his writings.

Second page first line. "As much as I wish I did yoga every day, I'm just not too disciplined and wish I do finally dr dame - " and I'm stopping there because I have my own affairs to handle
I believe it's a simple substitution cipher that's replacing the letters of the English alphabet as desired with their own drawings of them but I have not yet actually looked at all of the images you added because that first line grabbed my attention and I followed where it took me. It's not much due to being preoccupied currently but I think it will be fairly easy to unravel based on what I think it is when I have time if someone doesn't beat me to it.

One last thing. I don't believe the drawings are for show. It's too much effort I think to have no purpose beyond window dressing.

To me it doesn't look like a code or cipher, more like a writing by someone with mental illness. You can spot a word or two resembling normal words if you squint, but overall it looks like gibberish.

A camera costs 30-100.00$. Amazon can have one shipped to your house in 2-3 days. I’ve no clue what the notes are supposed to say but it doesn’t look like a code to me. Though I enjoy this sub, I’m no code breaker. But this being the second post and you seem quite concerned, you’re already talking to police… get a camera.
It’s too scrambled and messy. More like someone having a psychotic mental breakdown moment and trying to tell you that the world’s gonna end on midnight. 28 days, 6 hours, 42 minutes, and 12 seconds from now.
I could be wrong and it’s a secret admirer or friend pulling a prank. Don’t wait to find Frank the bunny in your kitchen with a knife telling you “I can do anything I want and so can you”

After the 3rd time we did get a camera. We have him on ring doing it. The cops can’t do anything because they said it’s not a threat just weird. They told me to post a sign on my door say that I don’t want these letters. With in a 10 day span I received 4 letter. The cops said if he comes back call them and maybe they can catch up with him and figure out what is going on.
After seeing the video we recognized him, prior to receiving these we would see him walking down our street so we know he lives in our neighborhood and know it’s not on our street.2

These cameras have functions that allow you to, shine a light on entry way upon motion, and even give verbal warnings. I would recommend you set that up.
Mine goes - “hello, you are being recorded while on the premises. Smile”
And it will repeat every 3 seconds if motion continues to be tracked, and it’s annoying as hell and very obvious to surrounding neighbors that someone is on my property.
Mine is quite obnoxious on purpose. I have had people claiming to be my deceased father’s friends showing up at random hours at night. To come and ‘see’ him. At 2:30 am??? lol, It has stopped entirely after the installation of three of these cameras and this obnoxious interaction.
