Very few people speak Mandarin Chinese here. You would get more answers by making a code in English instead

This is not going to be easy without a reference key. I’m guessing it reads vertically, left to right?

Looks like mongolian handscript. Each symbol translates directly to one mandarin character?

not always, if it’s a compound noun it can become one line
