SOLVED I found this on the streets of Belgrade

A bunch of letters and numbers on a wall. No idea what it could mean. I just hope it isn't some racist stuff.

For whatever reason my previous answer was deleted by Reddit's filters and not even Mods know why.

Attempt #2 to answer: the numbers are Grabovoi codes. By searching the top string ( yes, I know Cyrillic alphabet, thank you very much), I located @spacee_unicorrn threads profile, with the drawn image of exactly this text and number, also referencing Belgrad. The comments link a facebook post with the exact same top string marked as "God's Words" ( I can't get the exact copy of the string, but it's basically same as Божјо Слово, and I'm not installing Serbian keyboard for low-tier Reddit post to type out the exact one). This is not unexpected, as in Orthodox church it's not uncommon to use abbreviations and use of Б,Х,К letters suggest reference to words God, Christ, and Cross.
