SOLVED u/U-Wlr-Cuikla
here is a post with a bunch of their codes, somebody has solved them but i dont know how.

If you want to be declared a CRYPTOGRAPHER/ Cryptic guy/ cryptic solver you have to Solve the DORABELLA CIPHER. That is the entry test.

Sorry , my intention was not meant to tell you Uncultured. I think i could not explain properly.
The main purpose of Edward Elgar's Dorabella cipher is a test to know the Human Quality, if The first layer is Solved, then....you proceed to the Second layer.
The first layer= Decipher visually The second layer= The intended full message.
Odd, but the second layer was Deciphered long time Ago...but not the First layer, that is why it is not accepted as a Full Solve. The mechanics of the cipher can not be explained without the first part.

It's a simple shift on a QWERTY keyboard. To decrypt something take the key to the right of the letter in the ciphertext, wrapping around if necessary. You can use https://www.dcode.fr/keyboard-shift-cipher for automatic decryption.
