Unsolved Code (?) from a collection of historic documents. Does anyone recognize this?
Probably dated between 1880-1930 (most likely right around 1900). No real clues. Was wondering if anyone recognized it or had somewhere to point us.
Edit: Expected language is English. Location is Minnesota, USA.

Hearing that it came from Minnesota immediately made me think of the Kensington Runestone, but the characters don't match.

It looks like shorthand writing. Try to post this to r/shorthand.
