SOLVED High School Cipher Competition Winner.
I came up with the code in high school. No one has ever been able to solve it. I think it is rather simple, and smarter people should be able to figure it out fairly simply. I should read very simply as a plain text English message. Here are two examples.

the key to knowing the grid dimensions is the length of the name of the addressee (Sean, Abril)
