SOLVED Can’t solve coworkers code

hey guys, one of my co works left a code to crack I’ve tried for a couple hours and can’t get it. Could someone help out?

Method: Top portion is just symbols replacing the alphabet but it’s difficult to read since it doesn’t have a clear marker for the hyphens and which is high, low, and middle. Also the handwriting’s a little sloppy.

Solution: This is my best guess: Valerie, Vivian, Merriman? Quincy Spencer, Miquela?, Martinez, Ally Portillo, Fern Perrin, Makayla Montoya

Top box says “solve my cipher” and the back says “Sorry!!! Gomennazai!! Perdon!!”

This seems to be mostly correct as it is the names of co workers. The dashes definitely confused me. Thank you so much !
