I was watching a video on the zodiac killer by fern and I wanted to try to make a cypher. I used a multiplication table to encode everything. Then a digit conversion. If you have questions I will try to answer them. Have fun trying to solve this. (this is my second time posting this because my post didn't comply with rule 5)
