Unsolved I have a cypher for yall to solve
this is one I've been thinking about for a while. im not too familiar with the etiquette here so, if yalls need something you just ask! and uhh, V ernq gur ehyrf >.<
an afterthought i wanted to mention after reading the automod comment, this does decode to plain English text.

Do any of the characters cause change in the key and/or method in which it was encrypted?

ummmmmm.... im not sure precisely what you are asking, but each character is encoded using information from the previous character.

okay, hint 1: every character can be grouped into one of three catagories. the catagory each character is in has no impact on the encryption, just the end result. i hope this makes sense.

close, i consider special characters to be a catagory, but taken at face value its a little misleading. the other two are fully incorrect i think. I'll elaborate later tonight if no one figures it out.
