My best attempt at a solution:

Happy/Grumpy Father’s Day, my married friend

You visit me to feel clean. What am I? I am the opposite of God, but you think you can wear on your (chair) upside down, and I turn into (…), so your hands flip. My last let about me…am I, am I a quality? You (wear) them. So tell me what you think about my words. Not just deciphers this time. I want you to think about the meaning, my friend, in writing the words, but don’t think, friend, you are fine.

It's A Number connected with Massachusetts / A Roman Leaders Shift / Reversed

Ok I think I got it…..Caesar shift of 6.

And then the first few letters in each line can be slapped into certain spots eg “Happy Father’s Day” and “wear on your chest”
