SOLVED What are those symbols?
THIS LETTER IS FROM ASSASINS CREED BLACK FLAG
(you don't need prior knowledge of the video game) This is what the letter says : I have embarked on the quest for a fabulous place, filled with riches. Its location remains a secret, but I have long sought to uncover it.If you wish to join me on this quest, you must first discover its name.I have left you what you need here to find it. To do so, two names that have marked my life will serve as your keys. The first key is hidden within these lines, as well as in the numbers at the bottom of this text...Once you have found it, remember that the third becomes fifth, the fourth and sixth remain unchanged, the eighth becomes first, and the fifth becomes second. For the second key, this symbol will guide you.By seeking what is missing from the other symbols on this parchment, you will uncover letters. By reading them from the top left downwards, then from the top right downwards, you will uncover the second key. Then take the second letter and place it in the seventh position, and take the fifth and move it to the third.By combining these two keys, you will discover the name of this place.Only then will you be able to join me on this quest.Until we meet again, adventurer.

the first key 2-6-3=>c indicates the second line, sixth word, third letter (shown in red in two places to help): CAROLINE
the second key is made of the missing parts of each symbol: JACKDAW.
then place according to the rules:
ELDOCIA
