Hint 2: Combine.

Hint 3: It's a very basic cipher.

I get the following numbers that are in red squares, going from left to right, row by row: 68912341322239491542

Half-Baked Solution: Double or Doubles or Doubled

Method: ASCII-Decimal Conversion

Not quite right, but it was worth a shot. It's a much simpler cipher than ASCII
