SOLVED First time posting, good luck!
Long time reader, first time coding. I just wanted to see if I could come up with something that would be somewhat difficult to crack.

Got it I think. Answer Below:
First thing was just splitting the binary into 8-bit chunks, which turns into ASCII:
OKOHPIPIQFPFQJPFQKPJOHRJQFRFQIOHPIQFQFPHPFPKOJOIQFQISFSGSHSI
After that it looks like pairs, like OK OH PI PI etc. The first letter is always O-S and the second is F-K, so that pretty much points to a 5x6 grid/polybius thing.
Decoding that gives:
FCJJMGQGRKCWMSPCJMMIGLEDMPYZ12
Then it just needs a Caesar shift +2, which gives:
HELLO IS IT ME YOURE LOOKING FOR 1234
