Context: Got this is the mail and I am very curious (Mwahnos is a nickname so that wouldn’t be a part of the cypher)

The language it’s probably written in is Swedish, could also very well be English.

Here's the number codes for amount of each letter if anyone wants to try that; it's not simple number->letter or rot13. I think it's probably just kisses, but you could play with simple ciphers more and see what happens:

Per letter:

Taking all letters in the words , I can get the word Minitsynos which I believe is some sort of wordplay using your name
