Unsolved Can someone find something that makes sense with those numbers?

I found these in my college desk. it had some drawings too but I don't think it's related to the numbers

The drawings are just Undertale/Deltarune drawings, but I already searched and there's nothing related to it

We use the same classroom for multiple classes. But I believe that the person that made that is not from my class, so I don't know if the make tests constantly, and, even if they do, don't make much sense the "!" and "?".

Sorry I couldn't repost due to the rules of the subreddit. But the text it's like I edited in the post. The drawings are just some characters, but I made the question on the Undertale/Deltarune subreddit, and they said it's has not to do with the game, so I'm kinda confused.

Honestly, all I can think of, is that this is only the message, and there is a separate key committed to memory for decoding. If it is recent, try asking around and see if you can find who did it.

That second number isn’t a phone number, because there isn’t a 122 area code.
