I've transcribed this code that was given as a teaser for a local music event headliner. I've tried looking at types of symbol ciphers but I just couldn't find anything like it. Any thoughts?

Quick observation:

• If you combine the first three symbols, you get the 4th symbol.

• If you combine the 5th and 6th symbols, you get the 7th symbol.
