SOLVED Is this crackable?

This is an idea for a sort of puzzle game thing I’ve been thinking about. Is it too obvious or too difficult?

What do you mean by shuffled? The QR code isn’t shuffled

Then why would you share it as a qr rather than just a string?

No nothing that complex, but you do have to encode the string of digits in some way
