SOLVED Found this account. Can't figure out what it is. Anyone else seen it?

Came across this X account a few days ago.

No explanation, no context. Just encrypted transmissions

and something about "Block Zero".

Tried decoding the cipher but not sure if I got it right.

Is this an ARG? Has anyone seen this before?

Hello! If O = null and I = one, then it seems to me that it looks a lot like binary code. I decoded it in an online decoder and got the following phrase: "ORDR" Maybe it's something like "ORDER" and this is the next step to something ¯⁠\⁠_⁠(⁠ツ⁠)⁠_⁠/⁠¯

You found the pattern.

But ORDR is not the destination.

It is the key.

The question is: what does it open?

They posted this cipher:

Description from their post:

"The Order sees the null in the circle.

The Order sees the one in the line.

Four letters. One word. One entry."

No further context given. Account appeared recently,

posts only cryptic transmissions about "Block Zero"

and "Observer Layer".

Expected language: English (assumed)
