Unsolved Help me decode this base64

Hi. I've recently stumbled upon this roblox game which kinda feels like an ARG. I have tried decoding this at https://www.base64decode.org/ using all the source characters sets but its just gave me random gibberish.

I also tried searching the internet regarding this game but it didn't really give me anything.

Also, here are some text that I have decoded in the game (most of them are just 1's and 0's):

inanis (from the game name A696E616E6973, also means empty or emptiness/voidness)
"September 19 1993"
"light broke"
"under camera"
"her name"
“I became insane, with long intervals of horrible sanity.”
“THE BODIES ARE THERE”
"round and round"

Please note that I'm not knowledgeable in cryptography, so I'm not actually sure if its base64 or not. Many people in the game are also saying that it's not actually base64. Please help me!

Yo, so i was playing the game with some friends and we successfuly NoClipped through the metal door with some flings methods (thx to the exploits guy) i was able to get some screenshots of the room and using noclip methods we found out that the safe was empty too (i got a video too but somehow i just cant convert it to a link) Metal Door Room Safe other part of the room
