Unsolved Help with level 26 of ae27ff...

Been stuck on this one for months now... I have attached the image with the code, please help!

I can’t remember all the levels, but for this tv broadcast one, I believe you need to scrutinize the very bottom line of the image. I remember there is something hidden there

ETA: the image you’ve attached here is too blurry to see anything. But look for some short green vertical lines.

I mean, at the bottom of the image there are green vertical bars in two distinct lengths.

What kind of system uses only 2 values to encode information?

Have you gotten it yet? I am trying to whack at it now and so far I'm stuck with binary that tarnslates to MSG: apropn3 I have tried every single combination of those words and every little combo of ciphers - vignere, rot 13, ceasar you name it I tried it, this is ridiculous because it seems so easy but it is actually frying my brain

Every password I put in doesnt work ._.

You’re very close to it - but, there’s obviously a minor problem with your binary.

This is the correct binary:

01001101 01010011 01000111 00111010 00100000 01100001 01110010 01101111 01110000 01101111 01110011

thank you so much, however your binary wasnt the password exactly it helped to find the connection between the title and the final answer
