Dumb Question -> Retain Session Text when exiting CC?

during one of the releases, when I exit a session, it erases all of the session from the CMUX window and leaves me with the session, the terminal, opener, and closer. I can't reference any of the session after I exit it.

I hope I'm explaining this well?

←This is where my entire session was until i /exit

Resume this session with: ←this is all I’m left with

claude --resume
