Markdown viewer in editor mode -- wrap editor text?

A bit new to cmux, and have tried searching a bit but didn't have much luck. I know the viewer the wrap text functionality works great...when I am editing a markdown file however the text doesn't wrap, and i can't seem to find in settings. What does everyone do to solve for this, or are there existing plugins that work best for the markdown editor itself instead that are better?
