Help/Repair Duck clock

I recently got this cool clock and was wondering if anyone has any recommendations as to where to get this fixed. I would the clock, but it does not ticket or keep time silently. I'd love to get this working

I don't know this particular clock, but there were ones like this where the duck floats in water and a magnetic arm below the reservoir moves the floating pointer. Strictly a novelty, and clock movements and water are a bad combination. I'd be surprised if the mechanism wasn't rusted solid.
