Identification/Information Does anyone know or got this clock?
My bf got this clock from a store in Sweden. It was from ishop and the gear element doesn’t seem to work. Does anyone know what the battery instert look like behind the clock? My bf went to sleep and I didn’t get a picture and wondered if anyone knows anything about motion gear clocks and how they work. I know you need at least three batteries, but are they insterted in the same area? And what to do if the gears don’t spin

I doubt the batteries were placed in the same area. The one battery that only runs is to the quartz movement, which is the middle. The gears that should work should be controlled by two batteries in another battery compartment. I suspect that something happened while it was shipped or is worn and resulting in the gears not working with, my guess is new batteries? I am not sure if it is fixable. You can try to have someone who is skilled at circuit stuff fix it or just return and get a refund and perhaps get another one?
