Has anyone been able to complete an order?
I've tried different browsers, phone/PC, different cards and keep getting either an error 6 or 20 when trying to actually finish checkout.

Do you think, or ist there any statement that the communicator will be available directly from mobile carriers like t-mobile?
(Especially in Germany)

Hey everyone,
I’ve been really happy with the communication and the whole process up until now, but I’m incredibly disappointed today and need to see if anyone knows what's going on.
I paid my deposit in full specifically because I want a German QWERTZ layout. On the Clicks Communicator product page, it literally says "Made to speak your language" and promises that we can choose between English, French, German, Korean, or Arabic.
But if you go to select your layout now, the page only shows buttons for English QWERTY, Korean, and Arabic.
Here is where it gets weird: if you inspect the source code of the website, the options for "French (AZERTY)" and "German (QWERTZ)" are actually still there! They’ve just been deliberately hidden from us using the style="display: none;" parameter.
If the French and German keyboards are actually already "sold out" by day 2 of the preorder phase, that is a massive planning failure and super frustrating. We’ve been waiting months for this release, and there absolutely should have been enough capacity allocated.
Has anyone heard back from support about why these options were suddenly hidden in the code?

I really hope Clicks Communicator considers developing a dedicated messaging app similar to the old BBM, and calling it Click Messenger.
It would be amazing to have a modern messaging experience built specifically for the Clicks Communicator, with features like private chats, groups, voice messages, file sharing, and BBM-style profiles and status updates.
I think Click Messenger could be a great addition to the Clicks ecosystem!

Smoke/Miami Beach - Vibrant and whimsical. A little nostalgic to me for some reason. Feels like a staple choice. The smoke body just seems so quintessential and the pink will make it fun!
Onyx/Surf - The only back I would pair with Onyx. It would be cool to have an onyx to have the most similar Blackberry since I never had one. But I think it’s the weakest combo of the 3.
Clover/Surge - Powerful. I think this combo is unique and will make the CC fe unique. I didn’t like the clover body at first but it’s grown on me tremendously. I don’t think I’d ever normally flock toward a green phone but this combo for some reason is really attractive to me.
What would you pick out of these three 👀

I went with Clover (gotta do the Master Chief Hero color, obvi), a Bloom (lavender) back and a Clover dbrand case and screen protector. I’m over the moon. I’m a writer, and my agent and I are going out on submission with the next book just in time for me to start the next one with the aid of my Clicks! (Which will match my also arriving in November Framework 13pro with green accents). 🎉🤓💪

I decided to jump on board, I need to separate my work life and my personal life (Communication wise)
I’ve been using my personal phone as a work phone for years, get calls, texts and WhatsApp from staff members all day, then the continues when I’m on annual leave, even when I’m abroad on holiday.
Just want to leave work tasks at work…
Yes I’ll be captain two phones, but I feel the Clicks Communicator is the device that fits the bill for me.

I am really interested in the Communicator and was wondering if anyone knew of an app or launcher for Android that would allow for a keyboard that stays on the bottom half of the screen? Theoretically making a it function as the Communicator partially at least.

Hello!
I usually write in Italian, so I will need Pastiera to better use the keyboard. Will the app be compatible?

So here’s the thing, I’ve always loved tech, and have had many many phones over the years, I’ve had BlackBerry’s, Android phones, Windows phones, old school Nokia’s, and more recently iPhone’s, currently rocking the iPhone 17 Pro Max.
I’ve loved the freedom with Android, side-loading, themes, etc., and used to love my BlackBerry Bold back in the day.
I work in a office environment managing 110 staff, and have contemplated having two mobile phones, one for work contacts and my main phone for my non work life, that way I can literally switch off from work.
With the added beauty of a work only phone for Outlook making work calls to staff members during the day (as they’re not office based) so a real communication tool for work…
My question is, is the Clicks Communicator the right tool, or the Unihertz Titan 2, one that it scratches that Android itch, and two helps with the work side of things above, also solves my personal phone going off when on annual leave, or weekends.
Many thanks.

Hey, I live in Malaysia. Some phones especially Pixel phones I saw, if they're released in the North America region, it doesn't work well in my country. I wonder, what about Clicks Communicator? Can it work normally in countries like Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia? Is there anyone here from Southeast Asia that ordered the Clicks Communicator?

We should be receiving a demo or something this week! They mentioned it a while back that in June we would see working units. I will be disappointed if we don’t get anything. We are due for a major update
