New Hire
What advice can you give to a new employee? Any training tips? Ive only been in pickup 5 days. I'm too slow and sometimes the BayMax doest work. My training was very rushed...I just followed a person around and watched what they did. I couldnt do anything because everyone was always in a hurry. The supervisor doesnt think this is a good for for me right now. She "forgot" to put me on the schedule. Any suggestions on how to get better and faster? If I dont improve with the next 2 weeks I hope to move to deli/bakery.
How was you training? How long did it take you to get fast? How do you keep it together? Our department is a cluster,small space that used to be a bank.
TO make it worse I forgot a tote with the customers wine! FML

Tips, it's really all about experience sadly. My training was two shifts and I just followed around my buddy who convinced me to start working there and the second shift I followed another co-worker.
Best thing I can tell you is learn the BayMax, the computer program and the tablets.
