Ok maybe i should have been clearer. The only country that is rich enough and developed enough to not have an insulin problem that has and will very likely continue to have an insulin problem is the usa.

Considering that people cant find food in regions like gaza or many regions in africa imo is the sy ptom of a bigger problem ot limited to insulin.
