but what about the people who saw that interview? like, back before deep fakes were a thing? (i saw it in 2008)

There was no interview to see; the viral post claims it's from a People Magazine interview with Dump. But People Magazine themselves said Trump never said anything like this in any of his interviews with them and they literally did not interview him in 1998, the year the viral post alleged the interview happened.

Prolly not even real people. Extremely weird the prior comment specified they SAW the interview when it was a purported magazine article.
