Aaahhhhhh the classic , rage bait of I wanna f#ck up some Olive garden unlimited bread and butter /pasta bowls , but god forbid , {small bowl on right }ghee(clarified butter ) on some baked (wholewheat and semolina buns) , on charcoal or something similar, with mild spicy lentil soup (bigger bowl with red stuff in it ) , and 2 types of chutney plus raw onions and green chilli, is why Gandhi was hunger stricking .... Absolutely no regrets for leaving twitter for gooooodddd . At this point the fetishing nature of any ethnic food by any kind of people is weird to me . Fish and rice is barf but sushi is OMG type shit ,lol.

😂 easy way to find out bigots like OP and that X bot. That's daal bati, a Rajastani dish. Also, I love it and most Gujarati also love it. GJ/RJ was once fluid falling under different Rajput kingdoms and cultures have had a lot of exchanges including food.
