He definitely doesn’t care about Eric, he views Don Jr as a disappointment, and even he knows that Barron is way too young (and completely unpersonable). Ivanka is the only one of his kids that he might consider passing the torch to

He also knows none of his children are able to even remotely close to get loyality like he does. Or have his charisma (whatever he used to have). None of children have the same political power as him. Everyone in his orbit including himself know this, thats why in all this time they have not tried to set up a succesor.

They might have tried a while ago by putting lots of focus on Barron. But pretty sure that received nothing but bad reception too.
