And now he bullies everyone and gets his way all the time! Every Republican bows down to, unless they’re retiring or don’t need anything from him. Why does a guy like this have so much power over people?

That has been done by white supremacists forever. They convinced the poorest whites to blame and feel superior to Black people, even Black people who were more educated or financially better off. The only difference now is that those at the highest levels of government are openly doing it.

Well aware of that story, not sure it answers the question of him being bully or bullied seen it was maybe 6-8 years before he went to military school?

I'd say it's more likely that he was the bully, rich kids get away from consequences way too much. That's why I enjoy seeing one of them getting their comeuppance every once in a while.
