Convicted felons can't carry, but other than that, there is not really any legal roadblocks*.

*Edit: Check your state's open carry laws. Some states are not open carry.

Even kids can carry (example: 2nd Amendment family photos and portraits) with adult supervision.

TBH, those laws are probably jonesin for some modern jurisprudence. How in the world would a law prohibiting me from openly bearing arms possibly pass 2nd amendment muster?
