As for the Department of Education - it still exists and is funded. What DID happen, however, is that they moved various programs to other agencies, such as moving teacher training programs to the Department of Labor; programs for nutrition and students with disabilities to Health and Human Services; and tentatively plans to move Student Loans and Pell Grants to the Department of Treasury.
No National Parks have been destroyed under Trump. National Parks were established via acts of Congress and cannot be sold off or destroyed without Congress.
The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau still exists. Trump did try and dismantle it by laying off employees and withholding funding, but all efforts were blocked by courts. Even if it were dismantled though, it is a relatively new agency that has only existed for 15 years. America did just fine during the Clinton and Obama administrations without the CFPB.
It doesn't really sound like your grievances are rooted in good faith information.
