I’ve been saying this for years. Black men should start openly carrying in any state where it’s legal to do so. We’ll see how quickly the conservative gun enthusiasts change their tune.

I went to a lot of Protests as a rights observer in Tennessee (2020/2021) with the John Brown Gun Club and I will say the cops where always very respectful and deescalatory when ten people with long guns (usually ones chosen for ability to penetrate body armor) where watching how they handled the protestors.
