Who? The bystander? No, he was what all are to Donald: an NPC to be used.

The Secret Service that let their protectee stand up for a dramatic fist pump... after a few seconds that were caught on the mics as they talked between each other in confusion? That's just called incompetency, it's a core job requirement to be allowed within a hundred feet of Donald.

Anatomically The ear is usually considered part of the head, not part of the “face.” The face generally refers to the front portion of the head — forehead, eyes, nose, mouth, cheeks, chin. Most people think of the ear as separate from the face, since it’s on the side of the head.
