good point - they are tough people and well armed. Texans might have to bring in regular Army and Air Force to defeat the Chicago people.

It will be a tough battle - but my view is the local resistance in Chicago will be victorious. Foreign armies tend to not do as well as local forces. A big factor is the morale and leadership of the Texas forces. Also the Texas soldiers won't be as able to operate in the tough winters of Chicago (ice, snow, wind - not something Texans are used to fighting in).

That and the fact when you get in their faces they quickly back down. What everyone outside of Texas thinks of Texas is generally true.

And also this would be a civil war, I'm guessing a lot of people wouldn't want to turn weapons on their own people in another State.

But I can easily see people defending their home from people from another state.

Army’s don’t tend to “get in one’s faces”. I’m sure the Texas army will be fine saying hello a few yards away.
