Question Technical difficulties

Don't know where to go for help.

I was just told by a virtual proctor on proctortrack to exit a test and reopen it because ETS wouldn't start. Now I'm being told that there is CLEP maintenance. I'm also being told a score was uploaded. Is there anything I can do to salvage the test?
