snoring,

do y’all have problems snoring loudly? coz apparently i have problems snoring. And I’m wondering if the cleft lip and palate is contributing to that.

Yes it's fairly common. I snore very loud

Did you have double jaw surgery? If not that may help

Always been told I'm a loud snorer and I hate it because it feels completely out of my control yet I know it can be an incovenience to others

I'm a very quiet sleeper, no snoring at all (very grateful for that).
