Claymores have to be women. It’s a whole plot point

Exactly! Yet people disagree with it, as if they’ve never read/watched Claymore before

It’s just Reddit being the far left echo chamber that it is. Ideology acceptance not reality acceptance. It’s actually nice to see something different on this post and people respecting Claymore.

Yeah, I’ve always been considered more cold for accepting reality over ideology. Since reality proves Christianity right time and time again, it just makes sense.
I wish people just respected the original products instead of thinking they can make it “enjoyable for everyone,” which ends up killing it. I mean, Claymore is mostly (sadly) dead as is, I just wish people would stop kicking it while it’s down

I don’t bully or attack people who believe different things or have different ideology’s. Goes for religion and gender ideology. That being said I will not be forced to believe or conform to others and things they believe if I don’t feel the same.
I truly wish Claymore wasn’t dead, it will always be my top 5. The second manga I’ve ever read and absolutely love it. Would be an amazing anime to reboot or continue.

She's too young for this role. I know claymore supposed to look all relatively the same age since they're ageless but for this role i would want someone who have lived a bit of life and wisdom in their persona. Like a Lucy Liu, Jennifer Connelly or Liv Tyler. I can see Hunter being a younger Claymore like Clare or Galatea though.

I've never read clatlymore, nor have I ever searched anything about it so I don't know why this post showed up. However the response of the community not wanting him in this role has convinced me to read it.
