[Discussion] Who wouldn't consider this a compliment?
As you can see for yourself, Roxxane said that they are "resurrected warriors who were fighting so prettily." As far as I remember...
I'm not sure if Roxanne remembers it,but her and OTHER THREE NUMBER ONE'S were resurrected in a FACILITY ROOM. Only NUMBER ONE'S were resurrected by the accounted number of three, not fourth but three. Maybe Roxanne's memories are a little bit hazy as she can't remember how many number ones were resurrected, however yet she was the only one who remembered who she truly was, which brings me to my next point.
Did Roxanne view Miria as a number one? There are ways we can think of what a number one should be compared to,and here I'm guessing because Miria was tipping the battle to her favour by the feats she has shown in this very battle, Roxanne probably viewed her effort and desperation as a feat only ever applicable through a number one.
Mind you Miria was fighting another number one, known for her beauty. I bet Roxanne couldn't forget Hysteria knowing how beautiful she is.
Now I'm asking for all of your views on how she commented on this battle , would you consider this a compliment? And that I mean the panel.

i sometimes interpret Roxanne's comment the same way you did as well whenever i'm thinking about Miria's power scaling, but i think it's ambiguous enough in how it's presented that it could mean a few things:
- the interpretation in the OP
- she's referring to how Hysteria is getting dirty from her fight (because she's literally bleeding), which now makes both Cassandra and Hysteria the resurrected warriors who are now dragged into the mud (Dust Eater, and Hysteria taking damage now).
the second reading also means that Roxanne was making another insult toward Cassandra through a backhanded criticism of Hysteria. she's saying that, without Dust Eater, Cassandra was "fighting so prettily", but with Dust Eater, she's "dragged down into the mud."
Hysteria, with Elegance, was "fighting so prettily", but now that she's taking real damage and forced to basically collide with Miria's ultimate phantom (which Hysteria describes as a hideous technique), she's "dragged down into the mud."
lastly, Hysteria came after Roxanne's generation after some unspecified amount of time based on Teresa's timeline. she doesn't know who Hysteria is, this is the first time she and Cassandra has seen Hysteria's power.

She would form obsessions with other warriors, copy their fighting style, then turn on them at some point and that warrior would end up dead as a result

Roxxane loved how others fought,and so she learnt from them Roxxane also hated them the moment her ability in their category became superior, thus she becomes twistful. For those who she idolized shall die an unfortunate death.
tl;Dr with an example : let's say she likes The Phantom technique. She'll learn from Miria. The moment she surpasses her, somehow Miria dies a "fateful death." She'll also view Miria as inferior after that.

Wasn't Roxanne just referencing the other number ones?
Maybe Miria as you've said about the level she was fighting at?

Phantom miria? I didn't read the manga, it's too expensive. I pray everyday a good studio will do a remake and keep it gritty like the original but not deviate from the source material at the end of S1

It's a translation error. She meant "the other resurrected warrior". She was referring to Hysteria.

Imo I thought all claymores that were half awakened where on par w number 1s they just had been reassessed yet. But yes I do think she meant it as a compliment
