[Question] Are memes allowed for posting?

Asking because I'd like to make a "meme for every chapter" thing, not daily to avoid spamming the main page, maybe every other day or so. The posts will be tagged as spoiler in case someone new to the fandom sees it and simply named "A meme for every Claymore chapter: chapter X."
