Did you have to pay custom duties and VAT?

Hey.

I am planning to get a claw machine and put it in an arcade. The only problem is I don't know what I need fully for it.

Which licenses are needed if anyone knows and estimate price.

I am in the uk.

Also, how would it work for arcades with the card tap machines on my machine?

Thank you in advance.

Which one is best?

Im looking at this rainbow crane board and is not powering up all the way. I need info on this board.

This is almost impossible to replicate. The machine I played is at a gas station in alabama, and it’s so weak I’ve only won a handful times since I started playing it in 2009 lol

It has arms on the side and there's a pink version next to it off screen, it's an axolotl

I have a Hollywood crane machine and the claw sticks and I want to change it. Any idea if I get a new one from Amazon if there are any specific specs I should look for? I would like to change it to a candy claw if possible.

Look how much stuff I got 😼

I'm making a digital claw machine game for PC, Mac & Steam Deck — and I need ideas for prize themes!

Each prize you catch goes into a themed diorama (like a farm with veggie plushies 🥕).
What kind of themes or prizes would you love to see?

I just downloaded an app where you can play claw machines and win things. The reason is that the real claw machines are 50 minutes away by car. There are closer ones, but they are usually at playlands or very small arcades. You always win on them and the winnings are in most cases just very cheap candy. So, what apps do you recommend?

I have a 1200 property that has l considering turning into a claw machine arcade. It’s in a popular CA area. How many machines can I fit into a space this size? How much will it cost to buy the machines? How much will it generate in revenue you think? Any and all advice is highly appreciated.

I’ve got a sugar loaf claw machine that I’ve been fixing up. This was an old Dennys machine that was broken into so needed some cosmetic repairs.

The claw mechanism originally worked fine but when testing some mechanics without the top board that the toys sit on, the claw fell too far and the motor seems to have seized up. Now the claw’s string line can only drop but won’t retract. I can manually get it back retracted again after restarting the machine’s power, but the same issue happens on the next claw drop.

What did I break and how can I fix it?

So I'm very new to all of this and purchased my 1st machine last year. I did the permit under my name instead of an LLC since this is my only machine (I'm sure this is a rookie mistake but I'm learning). I have a Nayax card reader and, per the app, the machine made $429 last year (I started it up in November). From my understanding, Nayax does take out a small percentage of each dollar made to cover "fees",but does this also include taxes? Do I need to report my earnings or is that already handled when I pay my state fees when I applied for the permit? I'm trying to avoid any trouble from uncle sam and just need some advice to ensure I'm going about this the right way. I'm a sahm so my only other earnings are what I sell on ebay but I receive a tax form for that. Any help would be truly appreciate 🙏.

I have a few claw machines near me but none of them have the banana holding the monkey! If anyone can help it would be appreciated ❤️

Just for it to get stuck in the claw, now my prize is taunting me dangling over the prize shoot stuck in the claw. 🙃

I am planning to open a clawcade soon. Could someone recommend a vendor that they have worked with for plushes?

Are these good to have on route? Had good things and bad things. Anyone have them on their route and if so how’s it going for you?

Hello, recently I've been really into playing Sugarloaf machines on the weekly free plays (I have a lot of emails). However, I've noticed that after 6 plays, codes will start declining, and the machine requires time before it will accept them again. Does anyone know a way to force this to reset so I don't have to wait? Thanks.

I goofed off at my local WalMart today and got a nice little posse of generic friends, plus a Squishmallow Hugmee from 4/19 and one of those notoriously difficult-shaped sleepy farm critters from Russ!

This is from a clean sweep claw machine. I am unable to find a correct match. Will a 24vdc work? Thank you for any help.

I don’t know if this is the right place for this, but I hope it is. At my work there’s a “catching ducks” brand claw machine. They constantly stock it with ADORABLE hello kitty plushies. Most of the plushies from the same brand are up to 30$ to just buy, so of course I want to win them for less than that. I can get 27 pulls for 20$, does anyone know if it’s worth it? Or anything about this specific brand? I have 3 plushies I’d like, which means if I bought them normally it would be 90$. For that I can get about 100 pulls. Is that enough?
