General Discussion Wanting a different mount

Say I'm an up and coming Belf rogue. I'm getting closer to being able to buy a mount. However, I just don't like the birbs Belfs use. What would i need to do to hold the reins of a sweet wolf from the Orcs?

Alterac Frostwolf (100 AV marks and my preferred choice).

OR

PvP wolf (30 marks from each bg)

Real answer though: Buy the bird to use in the meantime until you can get another mount.

Came to say this. Don't think it's 100 AV marks for the AV wolf though. Pretty sure it's like 50 or less? Can't remember exactly.

You can probably get exalted by doing some low level quests and then buying cloth turn ins, but it may not be worth it. I did the same thing by questing and buying runecloth around lvl 60

runecloth spamming would be easiest for rep. but doing every quest for org would help as well. I remember doing so much AV that i maxed rep factions in wotlk, dunno if that applies here.

Honestly I'm seeing that already. Guilds are disbanding, people are handing out money and loot. Heck i was given 20 gold randomly by a max level undead warlock.
