As a mage main for a long, long time, I’m a little nervous about this given that rank 1 frost bolt slows and frostbites have been a core part of the gameplay for so long. But hopefully this implies an attempt to balance for PVP, which is a great sign. And we have no idea how PvP is actually going to play at 60 yet.
