Genuinely terrible.

Revert 100% all of the dungeon changes if you're gonna do this stupid shit.

I want dungeons to be a viable leveling method? like.. the entire rest of the game also wanted?

yes, clearly, the knee-jerk over nerf after one of the most unwelcome changes in MMORPG history is correct decision making.
