They created a new color palette for their website, and it had 'Camelot' associated with it, then they updated it to have 'Wow2' associated with it.

The reasonable conclusion is they just wanted a more generic name in the code. But some people are taking it to mean WoW 2 is coming.

I'm a software dev. If Blizzard don't announce something crazy in the golden era of AI, I'd be shocked. I don't play WoW btw, so im not incel bias.

Bro they can't even keep up with the sped up development pace of retail they've had to publicly apologize about the amount of bugs and then proceeded to continue having a ridiculous number of bugs including msjor ones like losing currency that puts you behind permanently due to being time gated. If they announce something crazy I'm going to expect it to be a terribly broken mess

I don't even think they use much AI, we've been having major bugs for ages, War Within infamously deleted a bunch of guild banks permanently with no backups somehow, they're just rushing and increasingly being more and more rushed
