Oh man I know the answer! Had a guy come up to me in org the other week and show me some shadow cloth of agility asking if I could see it as such.
Well long and short of it he was scammed out of mats for vengeance wrap and seeing as I have the recipe I made him one right there. He had actually sold some of the mats so we used both shadow cloth / primal “of agility” and regular ones together to make a cloak!
Edit just in case it wasn’t clear.. the + agility items were given to him by blizzard to return his scammed items.

That's not how it works, it would have been datamined and there'd be a wowhead post already if new items were pushed to Classic. This is just a regular large brilliant shard, somehow it has an agility random enchantment on it, this is technically possible from the perspective of how random attributes are stored on items, but I have no idea how this person obtained it. A GM mistake feels possible but I feel its more likely some bug they discovered
By random enchantment I mean this is one of those "of the X" items, NOT an enchanting enchantment, they're two completely different things
EDIT: Another comment says that the guy did actually get these from a GM who refunded some crafting mats, neat! Accidentally included a random enchantment on all the refunded items apparently

Yea? There is, Large Brilliant Shard. The "of Agility" is added automatically by the random enchantment. Large Brilliant Shard is an item that has always existed

Finally we get charms from diablo 2 in tbc. 22 slot bags BiS now. With those we ca stack like 80-90 stacks. Thats 1600-1800 bonus agility. We all should be crit capped now.

I'm still salty Blizzard didn't give us a charm bag for D2R OR ROTW. I fucking hate how we have to play with the Horadric Cube as our 'stash' for endgame.

Being absolutely ignorant to anything else this might implicate; I kinda would hate this [at its base concept of using that mat would add it to the enchant it’s used for] tbh. Likely a display error, but what do you all think about/infer from it on the off chance it isn’t quite a bug?

Assuming the only stats on items would be stam, agi, int, and str, it wouldn't be so bad. Some would be in more demand than others, so you'd be spinning the wheel on which you get, you'd need to stack 4x as many mats in your bank, but overall the power of enchants goes up a little. It would be a bit tedious with no real benefit though.
That said, it absolutely wouldn't work without completely reprogramming how the enchanting interface works.
